The Medium-Term 12-Session Protocol offers a comprehensive, in-depth approach for those committed to transformative growth. Over twelve sessions, you’ll explore aspirations, refine goals, and build powerful tools to navigate challenges and maintain momentum. This structured journey fosters resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change, equipping you to move forward with clarity and confidence. If further sessions are needed, coaching can be extended beyond the initial twelve at the same cost per session.
