Measuring Mental and Emotional Health

Psychological Well-Being Assessment

Assessing psychological well-being is essential for fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional resilience. A well-structured assessment can help identify patterns in your self-relationship, highlighting areas of negative self-treatment and clarifying therapeutic goals, ensuring a more personalised and effective approach to mental health support.

The Self-Relationship and Negative Self-Treatment Screening (SRQ/NTS) explores how you relate to yourself, highlighting strengths and potential areas for growth. By assessing your self-perception and recognising patterns of self-criticism or neglect, this screening provides valuable insights to support positive change.

The Personalised Therapeutic Goals Questionnaire (PTGQ) helps tailor therapy to your specific concerns, ensuring that your unique challenges and priorities shape your therapeutic journey. By tracking progress over time, the PTGQ keeps therapy aligned with your evolving needs.

Regular measures of Psychological Well-Being (PWB) provide an ongoing framework for monitoring emotional and mental health. By assessing factors such as anxiety, resilience, and overall well-being, these tools help ensure therapy remains dynamic, responsive, and beneficial.

Through these comprehensive assessments, you can gain deeper self-understanding, track your progress, and work towards a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
