The Short-Term 6-Session Protocol offers a structured yet flexible approach to strengthening your relationship. Over six sessions, we will work together to identify negative interaction patterns, improve emotional responsiveness, and develop healthier ways to communicate and support one another. This programme is well-suited for couples who wish to gain valuable insights and practical tools within a short timeframe.

The Medium-Term 12-Session Protocol provides a more in-depth exploration of your relationship dynamics. This extended journey allows for a deeper understanding of recurring challenges, the healing of emotional wounds, and the rebuilding of trust. It is particularly beneficial for couples facing long-standing difficulties, recovering from infidelity, or those seeking to create lasting, meaningful change in their relationship. If further sessions are needed, therapy can be extended beyond the initial twelve at the same cost per session.

Session Fees (In-Person or Online):

  • £170 per session - when booking a 12-session package

  • £185 per session - when booking a 6-session package

  • £200 per session - for individual sessions
