The Individual Session Protocol in counselling offers you a personalised approach for seeking immediate support or guidance on specific issues. Each session provides a safe, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions with a trained therapist.
This protocol is ideal for those who may not require long-term therapy but wish to gain insights, develop coping strategies, or address specific challenges, as well as for those embarking on therapy for the first time. By customising each individual session to your unique needs, we can promote your growth and self-discovery, empowering you to create meaningful changes in your life.
1 Session: £180 per session

Short-Term 6-Session Protocol
If you’re new to counselling and are interested in exploring how it can positively impact your life and well-being, six sessions can serve as an excellent starting point. This focused approach provides a safe space for you to delve into your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to identify and understand the challenges you face.
These sessions can offer valuable insights into your emotional health and equip you with practical strategies to enhance your overall quality of life. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or other concerns, we will work collaboratively to address your unique needs. By the end of the six sessions, you may feel more empowered to manage your emotions and implement positive changes that foster your well-being.
6 Sessions: £1,020 (£170 per session)

Medium-Term 12-Session Protocol
Over the course of twelve sessions, you will have the opportunity to deeply engage with the therapeutic process, gaining valuable insights into how it can support your journey toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we will collaboratively address the challenges affecting you, whether they arise from past experiences or current stressors.
As we work together, you’ll have the opportunity to identify and confront these challenges while developing practical strategies that promote personal growth and healing. You may learn to navigate your emotions more effectively and build resilience, empowering you to move forward with confidence. This twelve-session approach can equip you with the tools and insights needed to implement meaningful changes in your life and foster a lasting sense of well-being. If longer-term therapy is required, it is possible to extend beyond the initial twelve sessions at the same cost per session.
